The hydrogenated nitrogen leak detection kit allows the detection of leaks in air conditioning systems quickly and efficiently. 

The kit contains all the necessary elements for leak detection (including the leak detector) in a single case to avoid disperse tools in the workshop.

A bottle of hydrogenated nitrogen is provided in the kit to allow immediate use of the kit. A connection is also provided to allow the kit to be used with a larger bottle of hydrogenated nitrogen.

Description

 The kit contains: 

  • 1 electronic leak detector for hydrogen
  • 1 bottle of 1L hydrogenated nitrogen
  • 1 manometer with hose
  • 1 pressure regulator
  • 1 reduction cylinder
  • 1 high pressure quick coupling 1/4 SAE
  • 1 yellow hose (1.5 meters)

System test facility enclosed in a convenient compact and functional impact-resistant case. Allows testing for leaks and washing the same during any welding operations with a light nitrogen flush

The tooling contained in the case is used to "pressurize" refrigeration and air conditioning systems in order to "simulate" the pressure within these systems at which the system will then operate. 

By pressurizing the installation with nitrogen, the installer will be certain, in the event of leaks due to improper clamping, "cold" welding or manufacturing defects, that these imperfections will be indicated by a loss of nitrogen detected by the pressure gauge provided for this purpose.
