Bosch ACS650 ACS601 - error code 1064

Your Bosch ACS650 or ACS601 air conditioning charging station displays code 1064 - Locked system - erase memory now?

The machine’s internal memory is saturated and the data in memory must be deleted.

 To do this, you must have a USB key so that you can transfer the work orders before erasing the internal memory.

Proceed as follows:

  • Turn off the machine,
  • Turn on the machine,
  • Select "ACS Maintenance",
  • Select "Service Report",
  • Select "Movement Log R134a",
  • Select "Transfer service sheet",
  • Enter password 71XXXX (contact us for code),
  • Insert the USB key into the machine’s USB port (be careful all data on the USB key will be lost - the key is formatted),
  • Follow the instructions on the screen, specifying that you want the data inside the machine to be erased.
